Unbleached parchment
These unbleached parchment paper sheets have a natural brown color and come precut and flat, ready to line baking trays without measuring or cutting from a roll.
Bakeries, cafes and central kitchens use precut sheets to save time on busy production days and to keep sheet sizes consistent across trays.

The chart shows sizes from 20 x 30 cm up to 75 x 78 cm, including 30 x 40, 40 x 60 and 45 x 60 cm. Custom sizes are available.
Unbleached parchment keeps the natural brown color of the paper, while white parchment is bleached. Choose based on the look you prefer.
