Rigid two-piece gift boxes with a lift-off lid, printed or wrapped in specialty paper, for apparel, candles, cosmetics and gift sets. Made to your size, print and insert.
Fibre sourced and finished with a light hand
Cut and folded to fit the food, not the other way round
Cost, beauty and responsibility kept in proportion
Holidaypac was built on an old idea: good packaging behaves like nature does — efficient, unforced, and honest about what it’s made of. It is the quiet principle behind every roll of paper we cut, borrowed from the ancient Chinese philosopher Zhuangzi, who taught that things are at their best when they follow their own nature rather than fight it.
For a lift-off lid box, that means a lid that lifts with a gentle pull of air, a rigid base that protects, and nothing added that the product does not need. Sized to your product instead of a stock box, and made from paper board that can return to nature after use. It also means we build for one customer at a time — your size, your print, your insert.
Tell us what goes inside and how it will be sold, and we build the lid depth, wrap, insert and finish to match.
Printed or specialty paper wrap with foil or emboss.
Base and lid sized to your product.
Full-depth, shoulder or shallow lids.
A physical sample before production starts.
A quick primer on two-piece rigid boxes: lid styles, board and wrap choices, and what to check before you order.
A separate lid lifts off a rigid base for a classic unboxing.
Thick greyboard wrapped in printed or specialty paper.
Full-depth, shoulder or shallow lids for different looks.
A lift off lid box is a rigid two-piece box: a base and a separate lid that lifts off. It is one of the most popular gift box styles for apparel, candles, cosmetics, shoes and gift sets.
Holidaypac has made custom paper packaging since 2010, with factories in Xiamen, Cambodia and Vietnam and BRC, BSCI, SGS, ISO, SEDEX and FDA certifications. FSC paper and documents for EU EUDR and PPWR checks are available.
23 styles for apparel, candles, cosmetics and gift sets. Every style can be made in your size and print.
